How Our Service Works

We keep our service personal, organised, and straightforward. From first contact to your return home, you’ll always know who you’re dealing with and who is caring for your cat.

Step 1: Enquiry

Complete our contact form with a few details about your cat and your required dates. This comes directly to Megan, who oversees all bookings.

Step 2: Initial Contact

Megan will be in touch via email to:

  • Discuss the service you’re looking for

  • Answer any questions you may have

  • Talk through your preferred dates

  • Arrange a consultation

This ensures everything is clear before moving forward.

Step 3: Consultation

The consultation gives you the chance to meet your sitter and allows us to get to know your cat in their own home. During this visit, we’ll discuss routines, preferences, and any medical or behavioural needs so visits can be tailored appropriately.

Step 4: Registration & Booking Confirmation

Once you’re happy to proceed:

  • You’ll be registered as a client

  • Dates will be confirmed

  • Your client profile will be completed on Pet Sitter Plus

  • A veterinary release form will be completed in advance

Megan coordinates bookings and allocates visits between Megan, Alanya, and Alex, ensuring consistency and the best fit for each cat.

Step 5: Key Collection

Keys can either be dropped off to us or collected from your home.
Key collection is charged at £7.50, and all keys are handled and stored securely when not in use.

Step 6: Relax While We Take Care of Everything

While you’re away, your cat will be cared for by familiar, trusted sitters. You’ll receive daily updates and photos, with 24-hour communication available should you have any questions or concerns about your cat or your home.
